Quick update
I was hired for a hospital based HR position and will be developed in employee relations. I just finished my first week and LOVED it! My background has been healthcare recruiting for the last 23 years, but I have always wanted to be in a hospital based position so it is truly a dream job. I could not have been hired without the BS degree since all hospital HR positions require it. (believe me, I tried
 ) Therefore THANKS to IC and the encouraging members of this board. You are all so AWESOME!
