Me and my husband watched this last night. Very enlightening I must say. It just confirmed what I always believed. It did reinforce how I have to be more positive when it comes to myself. My husband thought it was good but could have been cut in half with the same message. Good self-help book in my opinion. I always tell everyone "You get what you give" and this just reaffirms it.
