Distance (online) Learning is the way many-many working adults (kids too) have the time and ability to seek out and complete their education.
It shouldn't be important to your employer whether or not you completed your degree via a D/L program or sat your ass in a B&M classroom.
What is important is that you took the time, care, and effort to complete your degree and any employer who doesn't recognize that needs to back to school (online) themselves.
