I want to say they are Free Elective Credit.
But than again I have over 50+ units they would not grant me for anything.

What does that mean exactly? Do you have to pay at all to get the credits to transfer? I will be going to TESC too, but I want to know how they treat the FEMA tests.

All you have to do is have FEMA send a transcript to TESC and they'll accept the tests. No fees to pay or anything like that. The FEMA transcript costs 15 bucks I think, but that's pretty reasonable. TESC also just came out with a new degree, the BS in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. You can use FEMA credits towards your major, rather than just free electives like with most other degrees. This thread has more details: http://www.degreeforum.net/excelsior...paredness.html
