I've been hearing and reading here that there have been issues with DSSTs this week. Several people have indicated that they have to go back on Tuesday to try again.

So it turns out that someone in the Naval Academy hacked into the Dante's system this week and stole some tests. That's why they're having so many issues. This is what my proctor said anyway. So since I need my scores ASAP, I decided to take the Accounting CLEP and got a 55!! They had no idea when DSST would be back up and said they may change all the questions.

Is there any update on this?

I have to go back tomorrow morning and try to take an exam that I could not take last Thursday.

Thanks.

I called DSST myself today to find out what was going on. I said I'd had trouble doing online tests at my testing center and had heard rumors that maybe somebody had tried to hack the system? Would the tests be available?

The guy I talked to seemed genuinely surprised and was totally unaware of any problems whatsoever, technical included. Meanwhile my testing center says we'll have to postpone our tests indefinitely until they can get a technician to come out and look at the problem. I guess I'll hafta maybe do a paper test......CRY!
