I have decided to take the TECEP exam "Financial Institutions and Markets," FIN-331-TE, to cover half of my required finance electives. The test description sheet lists three recommended textbooks:
Mishkin, Frederic S. The Economics of Money, Banking and Financial Markets. Current edition. Reading, MA: Addison-Wesley Ritter, Lawrence S. et al. Principles of Money, Banking and Financial Markets. Current edition. Reading, MA: Addison-Wesley Rose, Peter S. Money and Capital Markets. Current edition. Boston: McGraw-Hill Has anyone used any of these texts, and would they recommend or discommend any of them? I am a bit wary of McGraw-Hill, I haven't enjoyed any of their offerings. Thanks.
