Have you looked at the Exam Specific area of this Forum? Use the search function "exam specific feddback" if you can't locate it. All the CLEP and Dantes exams you mention are addressed there in great detail! You will find all the advice you need to study and pass these exams.

Since I'm not doing Excelsior College exams I can't answer that - but all you have to do is use the forum's search function and you will find a lot of other students who have taken Excelsior College exams - so they probably have already listed plenty of advice and study tips.

Good Luck!

Post Principles of Management CLEP

Hello.

I took the Principles of Management CLEP on April 21, 2008 and scored a 68! I was highly shocked! Everybody studies differently and some may need more resources than others, however, I will tell you what I did to pass this exam. All of this was done in less than 2 weeks time.

*I went through all of the IC questions (319 total) four times.

*I took a Peterson's Practice test and got 73 right.

*I took the practice test in the Official CLEP Study Guide and got 63 right out of 92 questions. Then the day before the exam I reviewed all of the questions with correct answers.

*I read 12 out of 25 chapters of the Barron's Business Review Book on Management. I got this book from the public library so check with them first. If not...Here is the link on Amazon:
Amazon.com: Barron's Business Review Management: Books

*I went through some powerpoint presentations also on management that someone posted in the "Specific Exam Feedback" section. Make sure to check that out. Very good info listed on there.

This is all I used to pass Principles of Management CLEP. If it worked for me, it should work for you.

Hope this helps you some.

From a loyal degree seeker,

Marshall
