I posted a reply... but it seems to have disappeared.... too much studying, I must have hit delete.
Anyway... I'm studying for this test right now. I'll probably take it Thursday or next Tuesday. Look in the exam specific feedback section. Lot's of good information in there. In particular find the link to the videos called "Biography of America". I took a few Peterson's tests to gauge my readiness before studying. I didn't score very well on US 1 (50 something), US 2 (65) American Govt (80%, no study needed..) I was a little surprised by my score, as History is something I enjoy and I'm well read. No issues with dates/presidents/wars/battles etc. I was having problems with all the questions about the general sentiment in the country in a given time period. I am Canadian so my perspective is probably a little different. The videos have really cleared a lot of that up. Finally, grab an REA book. I don't think much of them for sit down study, but to grab a paragraph here or there while waiting for something else to happen they are great. Small bits of information. I read half the book last weekend while waiting for my wife to try on clothes at the mall.
