the essay question was something to the effect of:
Do you agree or disagree with this statement? "Knowledge is valuable only when put to practical use". My first thought was to agree with it, but the more I thought about it, the more I didn't agree with it, so I think I made a pretty strong case against it.

When I took it, my essay question went something like this:
"There is more pleasure in the attempt to reach a goal than there is in actually achieving it." Just fyi in case you get that one.

 ...it was one essay that had to be written but you had three topics to choose from.
