I was checking out the Organizational Behavior DSST thread in the Specific Exam Feedback ONLY section. I don't really see any books for this exam. TUI is letting me take this exam to satisfy one of their required courses.
I plan to give myself three weeks to prepare for this test. The DSST: The Official Test Preparation Guide has about a 20 page study guide for this exam to include 20 question pretest and 60 question post test. Do you think this guide and IC would be enough to pass? I scored 66 on Principles of Management last month. Just curious if there is any overlap? |

The guide and IC will be enough. I also agree with barbara and there is lots of overlap with the management exam. |

Spent a weekend reviewing IC and got an A on the Dantes version, three weeks later without added study and I scored a C on the ECE version.

There is much overlap on the exam. I have not take the DSST Organizational Behavior, but I have taken the ECE Organizational Behavior exam. I used the book, "Essentials of Organizational Behavior, 8th Edition." It is written by Stephen Robbins. Great book. It serves as a review book for those in MBA programs. It is roughly 230 or so pages and covers all topics.
