    Cool Peterson's CLEP SUCCESS

I took the Social Sciences & History practice test on Peterson's CLEP SUCCESS on the air force website (petersons.com/airforce) and I found the test to be considerably easier than the Social Sciences & History exam on the air force site. The Clep Success is a pdf file and the other test you take online. I didn't do as well on the online version. I took 2 out of 3 practice tests and the highest I scored was 40%. On the test I took on CLEP Success an hour ago, I scored a 70.4% (88 out of 125 questions right).

I am trying to get an estimate on how well I will do on the actually CLEP TEST. I won't be taking the exam probably until mid-March, so I know I have alot to brush up on (psychology, sociology, & economics). I was just wondering what you guys thought about the aforementioned numbers.

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

    From a loyal degree seeker,

    Marshall

P.S: The only thing I have studied thus far is:

-The Complete Idiot's Guide to American Government (Read in Jan08 once)
-The Complete Idiot's Guide to American History (6 more chapters to go)

    hi, Marshall--

I'd go with the on-line version. You'd do well to get at least 50%. The on-line version is a REALLY good indicator on your ability to pass the actual test. You're on the right track -- keep studying and you'll do fine!!

    Hey Marshall,

Glad to see you are still studying for those CLEPs. This exam is based on alot of history and interpretation of information being represented. There are some sociology, pyschology, economics, and I think anthropology as well. The specific feedback section should give you more insight along with a search from the above toolbar. Pretty starightforeword exam. Keep doing your best at the practice tests, study up some more, and then sit through the exam. Good Luck!
