FEMA Study Material - registration

I wanted to take some courses on line for FEMA, to my surprise I got an electronic form to register for the course Materials which I never had to do with my other courses. I did and I received an email stating I will receive the study material within four weeks.

Does anyone know any other way to get this material faster?
These are for courses IS-00631 and IS-00632

Have someone who has the CD already, make an image of the disc and put up a torrent would work. It's freely distributed material anyways.

the study material is right on the website and you print it out then take the test online. You will know if you pass in two seconds. Dont bother to open your email if its 4kb because you failed if its 7kb you passed and thats the link to your cert

for some FEMA exams you actually have to apply for the course material. It is not online. I belive FEMA has to send these material to you about four or so weeks after you apply
