EC Liberal Arts and Fema

Happy New Year to you all.
I know this question is somwhere in the threads but can't seem to find it.

How many Fema credits can I use in total for a Degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior. I am changing my Major because I need to be done by April/May in order to make this year Havard application.
