Looking for resources on annuities
Does anyone know of or can anyone recommend a good tutorial on annuities? Reading through the textbook, the formulas just made my eyes glaze over and I didn't fully understand all of the intricacies. Thanks.

Possibly somewhat answering my own question, UnderstandFinance - Easy-To-Understand Finance Tutorials has instructions for the HP 10bII and annuities, although I'm unsure if I need to grasp the principles themselves or not.
