Default degree plan help

First let me thank everyone in advance for your assistance..I have just gotten my unofficial evalution for the BSLS. I have complete a good portion of my intro classes at a B & M. Can someone help me choose the best and fastest path to earn my degree. If possible could someone add their study recommendations (in addition to IC or if IC prep alone will do):

Here it is
I. General Education (Arts & Sciences Requirement)
4.00 semester hours at the lower level
21.00 semester hours at the upper level

Depth Requirements

A depth in the Arts & Sciences

II. Applied Professional Credits or Additional Arts & Sciences
13.00 semester hours lower level in any academic area

For the Applied Professional that need to only be lower level, maybe try FEMA credits. They are quick to do. For the upper level, the ECE Psychology tests are doable with InstantCert. Just some thoughts.
