Congratulations Leilani, and welcome to the board.

    It doesn't get much better than a 74! That's a fantastic score.

    Keep it up,

Congrats on a job well done !!

I for some reason have been fearful of the econ tests. Makes it sound very possible to pass with a little dedicated study.

Congrats on your macroeconomics score! I just took that test myself two weeks ago and was very happy when I passed. When are you planning to take the micro test? I'm hoping to take it on July 10th.

Whoever takes it first needs to post some helpful hints, okay?

Good luck with your studying, and welcome to the forum!

    All the best,

Thanks for all the encouragement. It was great to know that I still have the wherewithal to study and actually pass. Don't be too scared of economics Chris. It wasn't too bad at all, although they say that Micro is harder.

Joanne, I take Micro this Friday. I gave myself a week to study for each. There is overlap so I wanted to schedule them close together.

Right now I'm supposed to be studying but I turned on Art Bell and am listening to a discussion about remote viewing while browsing the boards!

Well, BEST OF LUCK to you for Friday then! You'll have to let us know if you also thought Micro was harder than Macro. And if there is anything specific to watch out for.

How much study time would you say you allotted for each test? Just wondering...

    Joanne,

Finding time to study is the hardest part. I work full-time and have 2 young children. Last week I used every lunch hour and then studied after the kids were in bed. I think I did about 20 hours total. I had done economics in high school and an introductory course in college, so it wasn't all new to me.

I'll let you know how Micro goes.

Just got an A on ECE Ethics: Theory and Practice using only instantcert. Fairly easy exam, it had alot of scenario questions, and alot of questions you could use common sense to answer even if you didn't know the underlying content. Seemed to have very few "hard knowledge" questions. Know the basics of all the prime philosophies of ethics and how they differ... and you can pretty much answer 50% of the questions. I was surprised that it didn't ask very much about Kant, the Divine Command Theory, or the Original Position (which are all focused on in IC), but that could just be my version of the exam.

So now I have my most challenging test left...if I pass, I'll be finally into a all-expense paid degree completion program for a year starting this fall =) If I fail, I'll have to take three more exams lol
