I noticed they have chemistry, I am waiting to hear if they will get the chemistry course ACE evaluated. For a non-lab course it might fit the bill![/quote]
    >>

Just got off the phone with a customer service rep- the chem courses are only 2 months old and are not ready to be evaluated. She didn't know how/when/if it would get to that point. I asked her to make a note that a customer called seeking ACE evaluation in the event that the ALEKS admin tracks those types of requests.

Beginner Algebra took me around 36 hours, Introduction to Statistics took over 62 hours.

The 2 day free trial is well worth it to give you an idea.

I re-read my last post and realized it may not be that clear.
What i'm trying to figure out is, how long it would take to complete one of these courses based on already existing math skill level.......

So, say i was an expert at math, how long would it take me?
Or, if i was starting from scratch, how many hours would this take and would it be worth it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated....
Goodluck to anyone testing this week!

I had done pre algebra 10 years ago, nothing since. Never ever done statistics ever before. I am a math person not a literature one.

Not sure what else to say.

    Zefrench,

Would you please post a brief rundown of how you transcripted the ALEKS course for ACE credit? Thanks.

I think I was able to answer my own question. I went on to the ACE site (acenet.edu), registered, and under "My Courses" entered the ALEKS information.

That seemed a little too easy... let me know if I missed something. Cheers.
