Default Excelsior and FEMA

I submitted the form to FEMA to send my transcripts to TESC, and noticed you could send to 2 places with 1 form, so I sent to Excelsior as well.

Now, I have a FEMA record of received trancripts with Excelsior. Don't think it really means much, but you never know.

That's so funny. I am finishing my degree at Excelsior and I had my transcripts sent to TESC.

Double trouble.

I thought Excelsior no longer accepts FEMA credits from TESC... has anything changed in the past week?

Thumbs up Or Clakackamas....

I did mine through Clackamas, (OR) because I was going to get my degree in Emergency Management. I still don't have that degree yet but did score my BSL from Excelsior. On my EC transcript the short courses showed up as .67 credits professional developement. Clackamas also combined several into a 3 credit block for an actual grade (A of course!). CCC charges 30 to 45 dollars per CLASS not credit hour, so each Fema credit would cost 45 bucks for .67 credits, hardly worth it unless you were REALLY hurting for PD credits. Still, since I already had them....
I am debating if I want to start this process over again, and finish my AAS from CCC now that I have my BS, I only need one math credit (Clep General or Statistics). I am taking some time off from anything college for at least two months more than I will ponder it some more.

When did this happen? So what about people who had them added before?

I think it was Oct 1 or Nov 1 last year. If you already have them applied at Excelsior via the TESC Credit Bank, you are still good to go.

Have I missed something?

I am looking all over, but I'm not finding a form with FEMA for a transcript. I must not be looking in the right place.

I don't suppose anyone would be willing to point me at the transcript from FEMA?

Closest I've found pertains to Frederick Community College.

Thanks in advance!
