Hello,

Your local library and/or Neflix may have DVDs that would be helpful. Check out the History channel productions. CNN did an excellent series on the Cold War. It's about 18 hours but you can skip the parts you don't need. I would also recommend the Idiots and Dummies books to supplement Instacert.

If you need more help, try finding a website that has supporting information for a particular US history testbook. You might try George Brown Tindall's America. This tool has consistently "saved my bacon".
