In my opinion, InstantCert provides a great foundation for the concepts you need to pass an exam. Also, for only $20 a month, you get access to the flashcards for the majority of the exam titles with DANTES and CLEP. If you are not completely confident using only IC, you can always supplement with FREE online resources as well. In any case, I wouldn't drop $345 on a study guide ever. Pass Your Class has study guides for about 1/10 of this price. Honestly, $345 is so far off the mark, from a price point perspective, that it is ridiculous.
Supply and demand shouldn't support the price point that Chancellors is looking for. There are literally hundreds of resources out there and all of them are cheaper than $345 per title. At that point, I would just take my classes at my local community college. I would certainly vote that you skip this particular offer! If I had my heart set on study guides, which I don't, I would go for "Pass Your Class". While I haven't heard any raving reviews for their product, the fact is that their price point is still very manageable. InstantCert + Internet Browser has my vote.
