I will begin studying for the D&AA exam as soon as possible. I will have a week, do you think that is ample time if I commit to studying everyday? It has to be, I am taking the exam 5/27/06. What was your experience with the turn-around to get your results from DANTES? In looking at some of the comments posted on the Forum, it appears to be taking from 14 to 22 days to receive test results, is that accurate? I called the 1-800 number for DANTES to inquire about test results their recording said it takes 4 weeks.

Depending on your study skills (which I assume are fine), a week is long enough for most of these exams. You WILL need to study hard for Drug & Alcohol Abuse...but it will be worth the effort.

As you mentioned, the turnaround for DANTES is usually in the 14-22 day range (at least, all of mine have been). However, they allow themselves a full four weeks. If four weeks pass and you still haven't received your scores, you can call them. Any sooner and they will just tell you to wait until the four weeks are up.

Best of luck on your upcoming exams,
