I wouldn't worry about the content for here's to your health. A couple of times through instantcert will be enough. It is not similar to the drug and alcohol abuse exam. I would spend your time going through the instantcert material questions for it (drug and alcohol abuse) and the explanatory text until you are 100% on the instantcert. Then, it will be a breeze.
