I work full time, have a 2 year old son. and train for upcoming races. I find I have no free time @ home so I have to find study time around it. The best time to study for me is my commute time. A 45 min ride on the train each way offers plenty of time. I barely get on the computer, so I usually print out the instantcert cards and quiz myself on the train ride. I also have an hour lunch which I use to train for whatever event is on my calender. Right now it's the 8k Shamrock Shuffle here in Chicago and Green Bay Half Marathon in Green Bay. During my training I will listen to audiobooks, podcasts dealing with the subject I am currently studying. So not only do I get my workout in, but also my studying. I kill two birds with one stone.
