My suggestion, after having gone through this, is to weigh in the time that is going to take you to fight your case. I'm sure that you can prevail but the schools make you invest a lot of time into it, and only you know if it's worth it. In my case, I decided to drop it and focus on my next exam. I'm sure, given the answer I got from the EC specialist who evaluated the course, that if I had put the time and effort to get the info they required, I would have prevailed. But again, it all depends on your particular situation. I have the letter I sent to EC to start my process and if you want, I can PM it to you and you adapt it to your needs. I know it was persuasive enough to have the 3 advisors that I dealt with commenting on that fact.
Personally, I think that you have a great argument to request a review and fight it. Let us know how it goes.
