By my math 3 ECE at $205 and a discounted Business Strat course I was going to have to take anyway comes to $1365 where 3 CLEP/DSST at $90 and a non discounted course is $1140 which is only a difference of $225. You would save $1090 in Enrollment and Graduation fees so even with the $25 fee to join it is a net savings of $840 which I think makes it quite obvious what to do. Now just to confirm ECEs qualify.
