I'm pretty sure it just means credits earned through EC meaning credits earned through ECEs should count just as much as courses. I will try and get this verified though. I joined the Peace Officers Association of Georgia today (it was only $25 for a non-active membership meaning you don't qualify to vote on things and anyone can join) I don't know if I will use it or not but I probably will. By my math 3 ECE at $205 and a discounted Business Strat course I was going to have to take anyway comes to $1365 where 3 CLEP/DSST at $90 and a non discounted course is $1140 which is only a difference of $225. You would save $1090 in Enrollment and Graduation fees so even with the $25 fee to join it is a net savings of $840 which I think makes it quite obvious what to do. Now just to confirm ECEs qualify.
