I would recommend rescheduling the exam if necessary and studying all of the sections. If you've got a lot of background knowledge already and have excellent test-taking skills, you may get by with partial studying, but for many people, they need to study everything we've got just to pass.
Not to mention, I believe that there's more than one version of the test administered, so someone may tell you that they've seen a lot of emphasis on one topic, and the test you take may have a different emphasis.
This is just my opinion, of course. It's up to you to determine how much time you can afford to spend on each exam and how much risk you're willing to take.
