As others have mentioned there really is not a lot of study material for the technical writing test. I have heard there is a Rudmans Book (red book) however it is dated and not similar in context to the actual test. Personally I would not waste my money on that study aid!

Definitely don't waste your money on the Rudman's book. I thought it was AWFUL....nothing like the test and yes, very dated.
