I haven't taken that test, BUT here's something I've learned with my other tests that has been a rule of thumb for me on stuff where there's no practice tests. If I've read a good book on the topic and done each section of InstantCert 4-5 times each (missing only 4-6 questions per section the last time around), I usually do quite well on the actual test. I have yet to get anything lower than a 63 on a Dantes exam using that technique.
