Yep, I'm going for the B.S. in Liberal Studies. I agree, I can't see how Intermediate Algebra would not cover the requirement. At the community college where I took all my math courses there wasn't a course entitled 'College Algebra' or 'College Math'; the next math course in the series was PreCal.
I really hope they will refund my enrollment fee (for MAT 113) should it turn out that Intermediate Algebra covers the requirement. I went ahead and enrolled since tuition reimbursement (I'm a reservist on active duty right now) will cover the cost.
I'm really stumped how I can have so many credits (~96 throught the Air Force, ~60 through various colleges and universities, and 9 through testing) but still need 9 lower division credits. I suppose I should contact an advisor and try to get that resolved as well.
