To all those who may be helpful,

A few questions on Business Law
Is it neccesary to know the specific years of the different acts
Is it neccesary to know the exact code of the UCC that different crimes fall under?

How much focus is on checks/forgeries and banks? I seem to be having a hard time grasping the IC information on these areas (specifically forgeries with checks, HDC) Are they important to focus on? If so, any ideas where to get information that will sum up what I need to know
