I'm sorry to hear about your experience today, but did you have an actual
appointment to take the test today? Every testing center that I know of usually REQUIRES that an appointment be made ahead of time...even if it is the same day as the test (for those lucky people who have testing centers that allow that). Your testing center
may not have stayed open today because as far as they knew, no was coming in today to take a test.
I would hate for you to go through a similar experience again, e.g. driving 45 minutes to take a CLEP exam (without making an appointment to do so), only to arrive and find out the testing center is fully booked for that day or closed like today. Anyway, you might want to call your testing center first thing on Monday morning to make sure that you
can take both tests that day.
