I am wondering if anyone here familiar with Excelsior TESC and COSC give me any advice on my grades and a viable course of action

so my grades are as such (sorted by grade)
It is not a stellar performance I know. I was an 18 year old drug addict that year. It was 10 years ago.

Code:
ECON 1 A 4 16 ECON 3A A- 4 14.8 SOC 1 B 4 12 ECON 185 B 4 12 PSTAT 5E B 5 15 PSY 1 B- 4 10.8 ECON 2 B+ 4 13.2 RG ST 1 B+ 4 13.2 PHIL 3 C 4 8 COMM 88 C 4 8 ECON 3B C 4 8 MATH 3B C 4 8 ASTRO 1 C- 4 6.8 CMPSC 10 C+ 4 9.2 ECON 100A C+ 4 9.2 WRIT 2 C+ 4 9.2 BL ST 3 C+ 4 9.2 MATH 3C D- 4 2.8 POL S 12 P 4 CLASS 40 P 4

Question

Would any of these schools allow me to convert the c grades into pass/fail as to improve my GPA?

Thanks in advance

Welcome, Calihunter.
Have you decided what school and what major to pursue? At this time, Excelsior will allow you to take extra courses above and beyond the 120 credits. This will allow you to pick and choose what courses you want represented in your GPA, as long as you meet the degree requirements with the courses you want represented. -- That's how I understand it, anyway.

I don't know much about TESC or COSC's policies.

As always, when it comes to school policy, don't take our word as gospel. Call an advisor at the school.

I think that you're stuck with those C's and B's on your GPA.
