I am sorry to say that I have not taken this CLEP. But there is a new book out that looks like it may be similar to the Complete Idiots Guide to American Literature. That is all that seems to be needed to pass the American Lit test. So hopefully the Complete Idiots Guide to English Literature is just as good.
